The MUSE container is your chance to step away from the distractions of life for a couple of hours and channel your energy into accomplishing the work you care about.

The energy of this container is something akin to quietly working in a library. There’s a sacred hush in the air, filled with deep, ancient knowing. Your task is before you, and there is nothing for you to do but focus and complete the work. Come, feel the Muse, and birth your creation.

Who should attend this event?

Magical people with work to do. Your work could be writing, copy editing, painting, sculpting, meal prepping, filing papers, or any number of other things. Whether you’ve been hitting a wall and haven’t “gotten anything done” in weeks, or you’re generally in flow and would like an extra boost, this container is for you.

What will we be doing?

This is a 2 hour container filled with the energy of getting shit done and feeling good while doing it.

These are the rules:

  • Come prepared to work. After introductions, we will experience approximately 1.5 hours of focused, productive space.
  • Bring a primary project, and also be ready with backup tasks. Don’t be surprised if you complete the work you brought with greater speed and efficiency than you previously imagined.
  • Once we get started, everyone will be muted, but videos will stay on.
  • If you get up and take a break, let me know in the chat when you leave and when you intend to come back.
  • Inside of this container, I will be watching you. You are not anonymous here, and I care about how you’re doing. Please speak with me via chat if you get stuck, have questions, or need a pep talk.

Why should you show up?

Because it’s time to put your work out in the world. Obstacles are meaningless, and now is the time to push them aside. We want to feel your impact.

How should you prepare?

Come with a reverent heart and a willing spirit. The magic here is real, and you’re about to blow your own previous expectations away. The following tips will help you have the best experience possible in this space:

  • Eat a snack before we start
  • Use the restroom if you need to
  • Keep a water bottle nearby
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Be sure that the lighting in your space is conducive to focus
  • Get a good night’s sleep the night before. (If you’re not well rested, our container may make you feel sleepy. That’s totally ok if it happens. Napping within the supportive group space is an encouraged MUSE activity if and when you need it.)

The Muse asks that you prioritize and care for your own health and well-being before attempting to channel Her work.

Extra Credit:

To further enhance your experience and set the mood, I invite you to join me in listening to THIS MUSIC during our time together. ***Note: This playlist contains binaural beats. Please see the warning below.***

*** If you listen to the playlist above, we will be attuning to Alpha wave binaural beats frequencies. If you have auditory invoked seizures, schizophrenia, or an irregular heartbeat, please consult your physician before listening to this or any binaural beats track, as it may aggravate your condition. If you desire an alternative soundtrack for your work that is of the same spirit, but without the binaural beats, visit THIS LINK.***

This is a free event.
